The CEO serves as PSC's chief strategist, ambassador, relationship builder, and organizational leader.

First-Year Focus
- Build trust with members, partners, staff, and the Board.
- Evaluate existing programs for relevance, impact, and financial sustainability while clarifying PSC's long-term strategic position.
- Identify the highest-leverage opportunities where PSC can uniquely convene the industry.
- Increase visibility through strategic partnerships, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
- Develop a three-year strategy focused on measurable industry transformation and organizational resilience.
